Car Wash on Hamilton

Great experience here! The car washes are reasonably priced, they give you free shop vac to vacuum your car and towels as well. The employees also offered to clean my car mats with the power washer which was a great time saver for me! Very great customer service here!

If you live in the Lehigh Valley, then you know how much dust and pollen can stick to your car, especially lately. Mine has been absolutely COATED, and I was paying for way too many car washes lately. Then I stopped here at the Car Wash on Hamilton Blvd. A lovely young gentleman named Yassine came out to my car as soon as I pulled up to the gate. He told me about a promo they were running: a few months for just $21 for unlimited washes (not sure how often or how long this promo lasts, but it was July 2026 when all this happened). He didn't have to share that promo, but he did, and now I'm saving money AND driving around with a spotless car (till tomorrow… thanks Lehigh Valley 🫠). Additionally, a young lady (Alysa) was very helpful during my transaction. You can tell these two actually care about the people who come through which is so rare to find these days. The location is great, they supply towels to wipe down interior or exterior parts of your car, garbage cans to clean out your car, plus complimentary vacuums available. If you're on the fence, this is your sign to wash your car by a group of people that genuinely care and have a convenient and quick operation to do just th

Great concept and I enjoyed your services until I paid closer attention to the quality of that service. 1. The side tunnel brushes are not always properly aligned to evenly cleanse both sides of a vehicle. 2. When personnel was informed of the imbalance of the tunnel brushes they stated that adjustments could not be made while other vehicles were waiting for service. So bad service was better than fixing the problem. 3. The blowers that remove the water from vehicles are not aligned to remove as much water as they should. The vehicle is pushed through too quickly and this causes customers more work to remove water and avoid water spots. 4. This was my experience, multiple times at both Hamilton and Broadway locations. 5. Locations open too late and close too early. Hours of operation are inconvenient to a great number of customers that can wash their vehicles before going to work. This log jams your locations during the weekend. 6. Customers that subscribe to your services should have the use of towels included - the competition does without an additional charge.

I don't give 1 stars often, but this place absolutely deserves it. If you don't want your car damaged, stay away from this and all it's sister stores in the area. Brand new car that has passed through many other carwashes with brushes with no problem. This one ripped my rear wiper blade almost completely off, broke the bracket, and they refuse to take any responsibility. Yes, they put the plastic bag on the wiper, but their machines still damaged my rear wiper blade. Don't take the risk, stay away!
